Jogging and running on Phi Phi Don gives alot of fun and pleasure to many who come to Phi Phi Island. Jogging and running is often seen as a lifestyle activity but there are many who just want to stay fit and healthy. Phi Phi Views are some of the most dramatic in south East Asia and to get up early before the crowds and before the main heat of the day is an excellent way to start your day.
As you move out from your resort you can take in all the early birds on Phi Phi Island. These are mainly the fishermen and the market people who get their foods and produce ready for the day ahead. This is the quietest time on Phi Phi and you get a glimpse of what the island and Phi Phi Don Village were like before all the tourists arrived in 1980.
