There are a very good number of bars on Phi Phi Island which offer a bit of everything, including reggae, jazz, and blues.

Some of these bars attract the younger crowd with thumping disco music and big screen televisions showing Satellite TV and videos.

For those who want a more mellow atmosphere, do not worry as there are quieter bars and restaurants which play softer music, especially near the beach.

For example, the Carpe Diem Bar near the Phi Phi Villa resort is one such bar where they have beach mats on the sand and a nightly fire show. This place is particularly relaxed around sunset and is located right on Tonsai Bay Beach with its great and famous view of the limestone cliffs.
