Hin Daeng and Muang are two pinnacles located about 70 kilometers south of the Phi Phi Islands (about an hour and a half by speedboat). They are a dive site frequently visited by liveaboards, but during 1 Day Dive Trips like the one offered by Blue View Divers as well.
These sites are spectacular and dramatic and are visited by occasional whale sharks and frequent sightings of Manta Rays as this is a cleaning station where pelagics come to feed and be cleaned.
Aside from the occasional pelagic visitor, the sites are covered in beautiful soft corals and leopard sharks, mobula rays, turtles can be seen, also there are lots of beautiful small creatures and schools of batfish and barracuda surround the sites.
The visibility here tends to be better than on Phi Phi. The average is about 30 meters in the high season. As with everything here though, the visibility is changeable, it can reach 60 meters, or drop to 6.

Viking Divers on Phi Phi Island There is no better place to dive in Thailand than Phi Phi Islands. You can fly from Bangkok to Krabi or Phuket Airport in just over an hour, and there, after taking a one and a half hour boat ride, it will bring you to Tonsai Bay at Phi Phi Village. Here, scuba diving with Viking Divers is always safe, always fun and always professional.
Diving Discounts Phi Phi Dive centres regulate their course and fun dive prices centrally. This allows a defined profit margin so that the business can reinvest in the business. This is for safety standards. Discounts are available if you have your own equipment or for dive masters and above.
