Phi Phi Island Hotels in Laem Tong
Laem Tong Beach is at the northern end of Phi Phi Don. It's quiet, tranquil and you really get the the essence of the tropical paradise. All the resorts in this area are all beach resorts located on the eastern side of the peninsular which means spectacular sunsets and during the hottest time of the year there's a slight north easterly breeze to cool you down.
Since there are no roads on Phi Phi Laem Tong beach can easily be classed as a remote location, although there is a footpath which weaves it's way through the jungle to the busy part of the island (Phi Phi Don Village) it's faster and easier to hop on a long tail boat who can take you along the coastline, it's also one of the most scenic taxi rides you'll ever take.
