The Rasada Pier is a modern facility just on the outskirts of Phuket Town. It is Phuket's main terminal for 12 ferries and tours that head out to Koh Phi Phi. It also is the departure point for multiple speedboat tours to Phi Phi.
As well as extensive parking for buses and taxis, the terminal is a great place to get a snack before getting on the ferries. There are many small kiosks selling everything from coconuts to pancakes to club sandwiches. The canteen restaurant has some local Thai curries for those who enjoy spicy food.
Rasada pier is on the protected waters between Koh Sirey and Phuket island. This is a busy and colourful local port with many fishing boats from all over South East Asia and beyond. Last Updated: 06 Jan 2019
