Mama Beach Residence : Overview

The resort is at the far end of Phi Phi Don Village past Cabana Hotel and Phi Phi Hospital right under the towering cliffs of Tonsai Towers. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main pier which is at the start of the village and so Mama Beach Residence is cut off from the hubbub of the village life and has a gently island atmosphere down by the beach.

The rooms are all in 4 three storey blocks and have views over Tonsai Bay and the cliffs. The rooms have a light, white minimalistic decor ideal for those who like space. The balconies overlooking the bay, a superb vantage point from which to watch the days go by.

Mama Beach Residence: Rooms Overview

All rooms are spacious light and airy and where beachfront, have views out over the bay, the beach being some 30 meters from the rooms. The en suite bathrooms have open views of the nature beyond. All rooms are: Air con, En suite, with Balcony or Veranda, Satellite TV, Fridge, Safe. Extra bed is only a mattress for extra person.

Maximum 1 child under 10 years old can share the room with parents using the existing bedding without an ‘’extrabed’’. Baby cot available at Free of Charge.

	Comfort Family Beach Front (sleeps 4) -- click for rates The ground floor A1/A2 have connecting doors to ensure a family of 4 can enjoy their time in paradise. There is a maximum 4 adult and 2 Children for this room type.
	Grand Seaview Family Beach Front (sleeps 4) -- click for rates This is A5 and A6 of the Grand Seaview Beach front room with a connecting door. This is the top floor of A Block. There is a maximum 4 adult and 2 Children for this room type. The room decor, smartest bathrooms and vaulted ceilings add to the atmosphere of the best rooms.

The Mama Beach Residence is 10 minutes walk to the main pier where you can get the ferries to themainland and it is then about 2-3 hours to Krabi or Phuket Airport. There are some other smaller simple bungalow resorts near by along the coast inbetween the Residence and the hospital.

On the beach you have access to one of Thailand best water sport playgrounds where everything from Diving to snorkeling, kayaking can be arranged. The snorkeling reef is 150m away.
