speedboats on phi phi island, phi phi anita resort

Cool .................. speed boats on Phi Phi are the way to travel.

You can see much more of the island as your drive time is cut to nothing. A 6 hour longtail boat trip can be completed in 3.5 hours and you still spend the same time in the water snorkeling or on the beaches.

Cloudy at first then brightened up by the time we got back from the trip.

Marvelous

I stayed at the Anita resort and this was a great place to hang out just 40 meters from the beach.

phi phi august weather

I went up to the Hippies bar for sunset this afternoon to chill with the others on the beach near Phi Phi Villa resort. The quality of air is so good when the sun does come out every sunset when the cloud clears is truly magnificent.

You got to compare it with a ropey old morning when it was dull and cloudy down at the Phi Phi Pier.

August weather on Phi Phi Island

Phi Phi Weather
Another cracker of a morning though it rained last night. Loh Dalum beach is starting to get busy again after the rain pulled people of the beach in the afternoons last week.
