There are a couple of new places this year. New rooms that are beautiful. PP Palmtree Resort, Phi Phi Andaman Legacy main building and the Phi phi andaman beach resort new standard rooms in their building. These are good new rooms and this is great for Phi Phi as standards are rising.

I have heard also that PP rincess is hoping to get more rooms completed by December 31st 2008.

Phi Phi Anita Resort, The White Guesthouse, Sand Seaview Resort, Bamboo Mountain View, PP Aloha Guesthouse still have availability on phi-phi.com. Rooms are moving fast now inspite of the uncertainty in Bangkok at the moment. Most people seem to believe with me, it will have cleared it self by Xmas holidays.
